Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Inquiry-Based Platform

DiamondDesk operates as a verified inquiry platform, connecting buyers with suppliers. We facilitate the sourcing process and do not directly process payments for diamond transactions. Payment terms are agreed upon directly between the buyer and the verified supplier.

2. Return & Refund

Since DiamondDesk connects buyers with suppliers, return and refund policies are governed by the specific terms agreed between the buyer and the matched supplier. We strongly recommend discussing return/refund terms before finalizing any purchase.

3. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute between the buyer and the supplier facilitated through DiamondDesk:

  • Both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly.
  • If unresolved, DiamondDesk may mediate to facilitate a fair resolution.
  • Final disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

4. Quality Assurance

All diamonds sourced through DiamondDesk come with certification reports (GIA, IGI, HRD, SGL as specified). We recommend verifying all reports and specifications before completing a transaction.
